Brumbies Launch Innovative Membership Platform

Brumbies Rugby have announced the launch of their new eMber+ membership platform, allowing fans to customise their membership packs.

The platform is delivered by TPF Sports, and hopes to reduce environmental impact by fulfilling only membership packs members have activated and provide streamlined production and delivery of merchandise.

Brumbies CEO, Phil Thomson, said the Super Rugby Pacific club has become the second major sporting team in Australia to adopt the membership platform.

“We’re excited to be just the second Australian club to adopt eMber+, across all codes and sports,” Thomson said.

“The needs and wishes of our members are constantly evolving and more and more, fans want the ability to have choice in how they spend their hard-earned money.

“This platform is a really positive step for us at the Brumbies in modernising our membership offering and more importantly, it delivers a clear message from us at the club that we value our members, and we are doing everything we can to provide more value to them when they sign up with us.

“With the new Super Rugby Pacific competition due to commence in February, it’s a great time to sign up to become a Brumbies member,” he said.

TPF Sports director, Craig Dyer, said: “We are thrilled the Brumbies have chosen to use eMber+.”

“There are iterations of loyalty and rewards platforms globally, but to the best of our knowledge, this is the first ever platform of its kind and certainly the first for sport and member-based programs.

“Our vision in developing the platform is to revolutionise the industry and its long-standing assignment of pre-determined entitlements, by allowing members to select their own merchandise and entitlements.

“This platform also has a strong environmental element, as we only fulfil merchandise to members who redeem it.

“Additionally, almost every product is on-demand, meaning we receive members’ selection based on their preferred design, print them with selected artwork, personalise, pack and fulfil directly to the members door,” Dyer said.
