BP Becomes Title Sponsor Of Supercars All Stars Eseries

Supercars have announced the competitions’ official fuel sponsor, BP, has signed on as the title sponsor of the upcoming Supercars All Stars Eseries.

As part of the deal, the recently announced 10-round series featuring all 25 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship drivers logging on from home to race using online racing simulation, iRacing, will now be named the BP Supercars All Stars Eseries

BP Australia general manager, marketing and innovation, Adam Arnold, said this partnership is about extending on the support for Supercars during the challenging times caused by the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) global outbreak that forced the suspension of all 2020 Supercars Championship action.

“This Eseries, featuring Championship drivers is a great offering for Supercars fans to still connect with drivers and teams, whilst still respecting all the very important social distancing measures that have been put in place to keep us all safe,” Arnold said.

“We are proud to add to our significant partnership with Supercars, to help bring some entertainment and positivity to everyone during this time,” he said.

This deal comes after BP only signed on as the official fuel supplier for Supercars prior to the opening round of the 2020 Supercars Championship and goes to exemplify their commitment to Supercars in Australia.

Supercars CEO, Sean Seamer, said it’s great to have support from a major sponsor like BP during the difficult times as Supercars shifts into Eseries.

“After partnering with Supercars as our official fuel supplier this year, we are excited to now extend our successful collaboration with BP further into the esports world,” Seamer said.

The BP Supercars All Stars Eseries is set to begin on April 8 and will be broadcast on Fox Sports, Kayo, TEN Play and Supercars digital channels and Twitch around the world.
