he AFL has confirmed the entertainment and ticket prices for the upcoming 2021 NAB AFLW Grand Final on Saturday.

The league announced Australian artist, G Flip, will perform the pre-game entertainment show for the event, with the national anthem and Welcome to Country to be performed by local talent pre-game.

AFL executive general manager of customer and commercial, Kylie Rogers, said she is excited to celebrate the growth of the AFLW at the Grand Final.

“We’re delighted to have G Flip and some exciting local talent entertain fans ahead of the 2021 NAB AFLW Grand Final,” Rogers said.

“Football fans have already experienced some incredible AFLW action this season, so I’m sure the battle between Adelaide Crows and Brisbane Lions will cap off a terrific year of elite women’s football.

“Australians have been starved of attending live music since the global pandemic began, so we hope to see as many G Flip and football fans secure their seat at the NAB AFLW Grand Final and fill the stadium in celebration of women’s football,” she said.

Speaking ahead of her performance, G Flip (Georgia Flipo), said: “It’s such a privilege and an honour to be playing at the 2021 NAB AFLW Grand Final.”

“I’ve been a footy fan since my dad put a Magpies scarf around my neck as a baby and I haven’t missed a Pies game this season.

“I don’t just like footy, I love footy.

“This will be one of the highlights of my life, I’m very excited,” she said.

The AFL has also revealed tickets for the AFLW Grand Final will go on sale Tuesday afternoon and will cost $10 for adult tickets, with children under 18 admitted for free.
