Broncos Team Up with Internal Demolitions as Official Partner for 2026

The Brisbane Broncos have announced Internal Demolitions as an Official Partner for the 2026 season, in a deal that reflects the influence of Kia’s long-term sponsorship of the NRL club.

Kia’s Influence

The partnership comes after Internal Demolitions was recognised as Kia Australia’s one millionth customer, following the purchase of a new Kia Tasman. To mark the milestone, Kia gifted the Brisbane-based business a sponsorship package, including match-day branding and formal entry into the Broncos’ commercial network.

As part of the deal, Internal Demolitions will feature on LED signage and media boards during the Broncos’ Round 26 clash with the Melbourne Storm at Suncorp Stadium, which doubles as Kia’s dedicated match day. The exposure positions the small, family-owned business alongside major brands within the NRL’s most commercially successful club.

Sharing how the activation underlined the value of corporate partnerships in creating broader community opportunities, Broncos CEO Dave Donaghy  “Kia has been such an important part of our journey, and celebrating their one-millionth customer in this way shows the strength of our partnership.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome Internal Demolitions to the Broncos and can’t wait to see their name up in lights at Suncorp,” he said.

Brand Milestones and Sponsorships

For Kia, the initiative provides a case study in how brand milestones can be leveraged into sponsorship storytelling and community engagement.

Kia Australia CEO Damien Meredith described the milestone as an opportunity to “share success and give back to the people who make it possible,” highlighting the broader strategic play of aligning retail performance with sport partnerships.

The arrangement also showcases the Broncos’ ability to integrate local businesses into their sponsorship framework, a move that broadens the club’s commercial base while reinforcing ties with the Queensland market.

Director of Internal Demolitions, James Allendorf, noted his family’s longstanding connection with both Kia and the Broncos, describing the partnership as a natural fit for a business embedded in the Brisbane region.

With Kia’s principal sponsorship of the Broncos continuing to deliver activations that go beyond brand visibility, the Internal Demolitions partnership demonstrates how rights holders and corporate sponsors are finding innovative ways to extend value in competitive sports sponsorship markets.
