Wright Family Foundation Extends Partnership with Warriors Community Foundation to 2028

The Wright Family Foundation has announced the renewal of its partnership with the Warriors Community Foundation through 2028, reaffirming their shared commitment to uplifting young New Zealanders through literacy, confidence, and wellbeing initiatives.

The extended partnership will continue to support the delivery of the League in Libraries and Tupu Māia programs key Warriors Community Foundation initiatives that empower tamariki and rangatahi to thrive both academically and personally.

In addition, Wright Family Foundation will maintain its support for the foundation’s vehicle fleet, which enables community outreach across Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) and wider New Zealand.

Sharing how the renewal underscores the strong alignment of values between the two organisation, foundation manager at the Wright Family Foundation, Traci Fricker, said: “We’re delighted to continue supporting the Warriors Community Foundation.”

“Over the past three years, they have shown how successful the impact of their League in Libraries and Tupu Māia programmes have been, and they align perfectly with our ‘Growing the Good’ ethos.

“We appreciate the mahi that goes into delivering such first-class programmes and are proud to continue supporting them for the next three years,” Fricker said.

Expressing gratitude for the Wright Family Foundation’s long-term commitment, CEO of the Warriors Community Foundation, Lincoln Jefferson, added:

“The Wright Family Foundation has been an incredible partner in our mission to create positive change.”

“Their support ensures we can continue reaching thousands of tamariki and rangatahi through our literacy and wellbeing programmes.

Jefferson also paid tribute to Chloe Wright, acknowledging her as the driving force behind the partnership’s success.
