Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has confirmed a refreshed SEN Sydney 1170am programming schedule for 2026, blending veteran broadcasters with fresh voices to deliver premium sports content across every weekday.
Alexander and Smith to Lead Breakfast
Greg “Brandy” Alexander will continue to anchor Breakfast from Monday to Thursday, joined by Jimmy Smith, bringing lively debate and deep sporting insight to Sydney’s mornings.
“It gives us great chemistry and a chance to connect with Sydney’s passionate fans.”
Vossy Moves to Mid-Morning Slot
Respected rugby league commentator, Andrew “Vossy” Voss, transitions from Breakfast to a new 9am–12pm Mornings show airing Monday to Wednesday, with an additional Vossy’s Verdict program on Thursdays.
“After five years of early starts, I’m excited to bring a mix of strong opinions and fun to mornings.”
“Sydney deserves a great sports network — and SEN delivers it.”
Brandy Alexander paid tribute to his long-time colleague, noting their “25 years of radio and television partnership” and celebrating Voss’s new chapter.
Returning Favourites and New Voices
Matty Johns returns with Morning Glory on Fridays during the NRL season, continuing his popular weekly segment.
SEN also welcomes Adam Peacock, who rejoins the network for the Afternoons slot (12–3pm). Peacock’s extensive broadcasting experience, spanning football, tennis, cricket, and the Olympics — marks a key addition to SEN’s Sydney offering.
Joel Caine and Bryan Fletcher will continue to host The Run Home with Joel & Fletch, maintaining one of SEN’s most popular drive-time programs.
Evenings will feature Mat Rogers alongside new co-host Jarrod Croker on Sportsday. Croker replaces Scott Sattler, who departs SEN after more than a decade to become Director of Football at the Gold Coast Titans.
Star-Studded Summer of Cricket Coverage
Before its 2026 schedule officially launches, SEN will deliver exclusive national coverage of the 2025–26 Ashes series, beginning November 21 at Perth’s Optus Stadium.
The commentary team includes England great Stuart Broad, joining Gerard Whateley, Lisa Sthalekar, Damien Fleming, Ian Healy, Bharat Sundaresan, Simon Katich, Adam Collins, and Tom Morris — providing one of the most comprehensive cricket line-ups in Australian radio.
Leadership Endorsement
SEN CEO, Craig Hutchison, said the refreshed line-up reflects SEN’s ongoing commitment to audience growth and programming innovation.
“It’s a mix of experience, insight, and fresh energy.”
“From Brandy and Jimmy anchoring breakfast to Vossy stepping into mornings, and with Adam Peacock returning, SEN Sydney is ready for its biggest year yet.
“We also thank Matt White for his professionalism and contribution — he’s helped shape SEN Sydney into what it is today,” Hutchison said.
