The Perth Wildcats have landed a new principal partner as they enter the start of the 2018/19 NBL season.
Perth-based internet service provider, Pentanet, will have their branding showcased on player’s home and away jerseys, as well as on the home game court and scoreboard at RAC Arena.
Pentanet is also lending its support as a major sponsor of the sister brand of the Wildcats, its professional women’s team, the Perth Lynx.
Pentanet founder and managing director Stephen Cornish said the company was thrilled to team up with another proud Western Australian organisation in the Wildcats.
“Just like the Wildcats, we’re local, we’re fast and we’re all about WA,” said Cornish.
“The Wildcats are not only known for their on-court success, they are big advocates for the WA community off the court as well – just like Pentanet.
The company offers new generation high-speed fixed wireless, which covers most of Perth, whilst its NBN fixed line service is available throughout WA to anyone who has NBN in their locality.
“Together with the Wildcats and their passionate fans, the ‘Red Army”, we’re looking forward to forging a formidable lineup this season,” said Cornish.
Perth Wildcats CEO Troy Georgiu is thrilled with the new alignment and said “the synergy between the two brands is exciting.”
“I’d like to thank Stephen and his team for joining ours.
“We’re looking forward to the partnership leading to significant growth for both organisations,” Georgiu said.
