Jaguars Partnership To Enhance Relationship With UK Fans

The Jacksonville Jaguars have announced a partnership with consultancy firm, PTI Digital, which aims to enhance their relationship with UK fans.

The partnership will see PTI develop on the Jaguars’ Union Jax membership strategy, after working together to optimise ticket sales, while also providing fans with exclusive content, money-can’t-buy experiences and partner offers.

Commenting on the partnership, Jaguars vice president, Maria Gigante, said: “We have a strong profile here in the UK but it is important that we take the next step to deepen the relationship with our fans and communicate with them effectively throughout the year, not just around our game week.”

“We have some exciting things planned going forward that will directly benefit the loyal fanbase we have here and provide value to our commercial partners, and the membership programme is exactly the right way to reward that loyalty.

“We like PTI’s strategic approach to achieving our goals and we can’t wait to get started,” she said.

PTI Digital CEO, Mike Bohndiek, added: “We have really enjoyed working with the Jags on helping to sell Wembley out and it makes perfect sense to go on this next stage of the journey together and build a long-lasting legacy in the UK. “

“There is huge latent demand over here and capitalising on the huge profile these matches provide will enable a year-round conversation with Jags fans and drive value for them, the Jags and their partners as well as the NFL in the UK more broadly,” he said.

The announcement means the Jaguars will be PTI’s first US-based client, and will join a large portfolio that includes the Scottish Football Association, Premiership Rugby, Scottish Rugby and the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
