In a significant move for both IKON Services Australia and the Carlton Football Club, the venue naming rights for IKON Park have been extended for an additional three years, securing the partnership until at least the end of 2027.

This renewal underscores the strength and longevity of the relationship that began in 2015, solidifying IKON Park as a landmark for the Blues and their supporters.

IKON Services Australia, recognised as one of Australia’s foremost integrated property service providers, has made a name for itself in various sectors, including commercial and industrial cleaning, hygiene services, waste management, and broader property services.

With a robust portfolio that encompasses high-profile organisations such as the Carlton Football Club, IKON is committed to delivering expert solutions tailored to meet unique industry needs, all while prioritising innovation, integrity, and transparency.

Commenting on the partnership, Carlton CEO, Brian Cook expressed gratitude towards George Tahan, director and owner of IKON Services Australia, for the unwavering support that has been pivotal for the club.

“We are proud to have IKON Services Australia on board as a long-standing partner. The connection we have fostered with George and his team across the past decade is invaluable and one we are proud of,” Cook said.

George Tahan, added: “IKON Park is more than a stadium — it’s a home for Carlton and a hub for the community. Through our work in maintaining its facilities, we ensure it remains an unrivalled footy venue for all. We’re honoured to continue our role in shaping the future of this iconic venue alongside the club.”

“It will never stop being special to see our name positioned at the top of the Legends Stand, a place filled with so many incredibly significant memories for Carlton supporters,” he said.

“When you think of Carlton you think of our home at IKON Park, and we are incredibly proud to still be based here, having seen the venue solidified as the home of AFLW,” he said.

The site has undergone recent redevelopments, enhancing its status as a state-of-the-art facility that not only serves the football club but also provides diverse community benefits as it continues to host various competitions, programmes, and experiences, reinforcing its importance to the industry and the community at large.

The extended partnership represents not only a commitment to enhancing the matchday experience for fans but also a shared vision for continuing to develop IKON Park as a pivotal community and sporting destination.
