The Chicago Sky has announced the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago (BGCC) as its primary charitable partner for the 2025 season, with Magellan Corporation serving as the presenting partner of the Chicago Sky Foundation.
Magellan Corporation annually selects a key charity focused on empowering youth through sport, education, and community involvement.
Through this collaboration, BGCC will receive significant visibility and promotional support from Magellan Corporation, including in-arena branding, broadcast features, and extensive digital campaigns throughout the WNBA season to increase awareness and support for BGCC’s mission.
Beyond visibility, the partnership will create valuable community engagement opportunities such as camps, clinics, and the signature Magellan Corporation Player for the Day experience.
This unique program offers a BGCC member the chance to experience a day as a Chicago Sky player, including a mock press conference, contract signing, jersey presentation, participation in warm-ups, and an exclusive courtside experience with in-game recognition.
BGCC’s core mission is to empower young people, particularly those in need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens by equipping them with essential emotional, educational, physical, and cultural resources.
