The Melbourne Mavericks have officially welcomed High Sierra as an Official Partner for the 2026 Suncorp Super Netball (SSN) season.
The collaboration will see the outdoor and lifestyle brand provide high-performance bags and travel accessories to the team’s athletes and staff as they navigate a demanding interstate travel schedule.
The partnership comes at a period of significant momentum for the Mavericks, who opened their 2026 campaign with a commanding 61–52 victory over the GIANTS last weekend. The win marked a successful debut for new head coach, Gerard Murphy, and celebrated Captain Amy Parmenter’s 100th national league appearance.
High Sierra’s products will be integrated into the Mavericks’ daily operations, from training sessions at their Melbourne base to away fixtures across the country.
Commenting on the partnership, Mavericks general manager, Shae Bolton-Brown, said: “Elite performance doesn’t stop at the final whistle – it extends to how our athletes prepare, travel and recover.”
“High Sierra’s reputation for durability and functionality makes them a perfect fit for our program,” Bolton-Brown
High Sierra marketing manager, Samantha Stanford, noted that the Mavericks’ “bold new spirit” resonates with the brand’s mission to support on-the-go Australians.
“We’re excited to stand alongside the Mavericks as they forge their path and inspire Victorian fans,” she said.
The partnership will extend beyond the players, with High Sierra and the Mavericks set to launch a series of digital content and in-stadium fan experiences throughout the season.
Supporters can expect to see the brand featured prominently as the team prepares for a critical Round 2 away clash against the NSW Swifts at Qudos Bank Arena this Saturday.
The Mavericks currently sit 3rd on the SSN ladder following the opening round, trailing only the Adelaide Thunderbirds and cross-town rivals the Melbourne Vixens on percentage.
With the “Vixens Derby” scheduled for Round 3, the addition of High Sierra provides a timely boost to the club’s portfolio during its milestone 10th anniversary of the league.
