SEN, MyRaceHorse To Give Punters Shares In Racehorse Ownership

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has partnered with MyRaceHorse to offer punters the chance to take a share in the ownership of a racehorse trained by a group 1 winning team.

Using MyRaceHorse’s unique ownership model, SEN has taken a 4% share in the 2-year-old Grunt x Marquise da Rossa.

Punters will get the chance to win a share in a horse by betting with SEN’s Same Racer app, where the bettor with the most successful same race multi each week will win ten micro-shares.

Being named the ‘Punter of the Week’, the winner will also feature across SENTrack’s platforms and social channels to discuss their win and joining MyRaceHorse.

Commenting on the initiative, SEN Track radio host, Cameron Luke, said: “Our audiences are already like one big family, so it’s really exciting to now be further connected via ownership on this horse.”

“I’m looking forward to having the Punter of the Week on SENTrack each week to chat all things punting.

“With such a great pedigree and given he is trained by two of the best in Anthony and Sam Freedman, it will be plenty of fun to follow the progress of the colt,” he said.

MyRaceHorse general manager marketing & partnerships, Ben Willis, added: “we’re excited to partner with SENTrack and their listeners on the SEN/MyRaceHorse promotion.”

“Not only is there a chance to win micro-shares during the promotion, but the MyRaceHorse means that you won’t get stung with ongoing training fees.

“This is a colt that we have a high opinion of, his trainers are elite, he’s a Magic Millions Horse, by a multiple Group 1 winner over 1600m, and a half-brother to fellow Anthony & Sam Freedman trained 3-year-old, Elliptical,” he said.
