The West Coast Eagles have confirmed a major new partnership with Allianz Australia, with the leading insurer signing on as a Platinum Partner across the club’s AFL, AFLW and Wheelchair football teams for the next four years.
Allianz, recognised as the world’s top insurance brand in 2025, serves more than four million Australian customers across home, car, business, and general insurance.
Partnership to Support On-Field and Community Programs
West Coast Eagles CEO, Don Pyke, said the partnership would play a significant role in supporting all levels of the club’s football programs
“Allianz Australia has a proven track record of resilience and performance, and an outstanding community focus which aligns with our Club’s values and identity.”
“Allianz Australia’s support will enhance our AFL, AFLW and Wheelchair football programs as they pursue excellence on and off the field, while also contributing to our broader community initiatives,” Pyke said.
Shared Commitment to Community Impact Begins with Foodbank WA Support
The partnership will launch with a strong community focus, supporting Foodbank WA’s “Give a Feed” Christmas appeal, which provides festive food hampers to families in need.
Allianz will sponsor 1,000 hampers one-third of this year’s total target with West Coast Eagles players and staff volunteering alongside the initiative.
Allianz Australia managing director, Richard Feledy, added how the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to strengthening communities.
“Allianz has a long history of supporting sport and promoting the power of sport in uniting communities.”
“Our shared commitment to caring for the communities we operate in is central to this partnership.
“We’re excited to fly higher together with the West Coast Eagles, and to provide our fans and our customers with opportunities to cheer on the team like never before,” Feledy said.
