Matt Stone Racing (MSR) has formalised an expansion of its portfolio, with Sherrin Rentals signing on as the naming rights partner for the #4 Chevrolet Camaro for the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship.
The multi-year agreement follows a successful 2025 turn around where the heavy equipment specialist supported the team’s wildcard program and full-time entries, marking a “natural progression” for the Yatala-based organisation.
The Sherrin Rentals Racing entry will be steered by the returning Jack Le Brocq, who famously delivered MSR’s maiden Supercars victory at the Darwin Triple Crown in 2023. Le Brocq reunites with the squad after a two-season stint at Erebus Motorsport, moveing into the seat vacated by Cameron Hill.
Commenting on the partnership, team owner, Matt Stone, said: “We’re incredibly excited to build on our partnership with Sherrin Rentals.”
“Their commitment to step up as naming rights partner in 2026 says a lot about the belief they have in what we’re doing at MSR. Having stability with our partners and Jack returning gives us a great platform to keep pushing forward,” Stone said.
Sherrin Group managing director, Michael Sherrin, noted that the team’s positive on-track progression and shared values made the expanded commitment a clear choice.
For Sherrin Rentals, a premier provider of earthmoving and specialist rental solutions across Australia, the naming rights deal reflects strong brand alignment and proven return on investment.
The Sherrin Rentals brand will be a recognisable fixture across all 14 rounds of the 2026 calendar, starting with the season-opening Sydney 500 from 20–22 February.
The reunion with Le Brocq, a proven racer with solid credentials, provides the technical and commercial “foundational stability” the team has prioritised during its off-season restructure.
The partnership coincides with a broader team overhaul, including the promotion of Paul Forgie to Team Manager and Jack Bellotti to Head of Engineering.
The #4 Sherrin Rentals Camaro will feature a revised 2026 livery, set to be unveiled during the official team launch on 8 February.
Le Brocq will be joined at MSR by 2024 Super2 champion and main-game rookie, Zach Bates, who will pilot the #10 Bendix Camaro, forming one of the most exciting “veteran and rookie” pairings in the paddock.
