The Penrith Panthers have renewed their partnership with Turner Freeman Lawyers, with the firm extending its role as the club’s Official Legal Partner through the 2026 and 2027 NRL seasons. The extension builds on a relationship that began in 2020, taking the total partnership to seven years.
Under the agreement, Turner Freeman will retain front-of-shorts branding across all grades, along with LED signage, media wall exposure, and match-day fan engagement activities. Panthers members and fans will also continue to receive complimentary initial consultations from the firm.
For the Panthers, the deal ensures stability in their sponsorship portfolio as the club seeks to maintain strong ties to Western Sydney’s business community.
Sharing how the partnership reflects the club’s ongoing commitment to community alignment, CEO Matt Cameron, said: “Turner Freeman Lawyers has been an integral part of the Panthers family since 2020.”
“We’re thrilled to continue this valued partnership with an organisation that shares our deep connection to the Western Sydney community and our commitment to excellence,” Cameron said.
Commercial Standpoint
The renewal highlights the enduring appeal of Western Sydney’s NRL powerhouse as a platform for brand exposure. The Panthers have consistently delivered both on-field success and strong fan engagement in recent years, factors that underpin sponsor retention.
For Turner Freeman, the partnership provides visibility across broadcast, digital, and in-stadium channels, while reinforcing the firm’s roots in the region.
Sharing how the relationship is grounded in shared values, Senior Partner Gerard Morson, noted: “Our shared values and commitment to the Western Sydney community are the foundation of this relationship. We’re proud to stand alongside the Panthers for another two seasons.”
Founded in 1952, Turner Freeman is one of Australia’s largest specialist law firms, with 21 offices nationwide. Its positioning as one of the first compensation law firms in Western Sydney aligns with the Panthers’ deep community footprint.
