The Wallabies have announced an extension of their naming-rights partnership with Flight Centre for The Flight Centre Rugby Championship, securing their collaboration for an additional three years.
This significant commitment underscores Flight Centre’s ongoing support for Australian Rugby, as they also step in as an official partner for the upcoming British & Irish Lions Series.
Commenting on the partnership, CEO of Rugby Australia, Phil Waugh, said: “We’re delighted to have Flight Centre on board for a further three years as the naming rights partner of The Flight Centre Rugby Championship.”
“Like the Wallabies, Flight Centre are internationally recognised and respected for being at the top of their field, and we’re extremely pleased to have their support,” he said
Flight Centre’s Global managing director, Andrew Stark, added: “This collaboration reaffirms our commitment to supporting global sporting teams that embody the same values we cherish and that resonate deeply with our customers.”
“We look forward to an exciting journey ahead, cheering on the Wallabies and celebrating their successes on the world stage,” he said.
Having joined the fray last year, the series featuring the Wallabies alongside New Zealand, South Africa, and Argentina, will continue to bear the Flight Centre name until at least the 2027 edition.
This consistent branding not only elevates the tournament’s visibility but also affirms Flight Centre’s substantial investment in the sport.
