FC Barcelona Names AMIRI as Official Formalwear Partner

FC Barcelona has announced a new five-year partnership with US luxury fashion house AMIRI, which will become the club’s Official Formalwear Partner through the 2029/30 season.

The collaboration will see AMIRI design and produce custom formalwear for the club’s men’s and women’s first teams, as well as board members and senior executives, for European travel and major fixtures.

Commenting on the partnership, Barcelona managing director, Manel del Río, said: “The partnership with AMIRI represents a connection between two institutions that share the same ambitions: excellence, creativity and attention to detail.”

“AMIRI brings a contemporary vision of craftsmanship and style that aligns perfectly with our identity,” del Río said.

Highlighting the shared values between the fashion label and the club, AMIRI founder, Mike Amiri, added: “Soccer and fashion share a spirit, born from passion, precision, and creativity. Partnering with FC Barcelona lets AMIRI reflect that same pursuit of excellence through our tailoring.”

The partnership integrates Barcelona’s blaugrana identity with AMIRI’s contemporary approach to tailoring.

The first Winter capsule features deep navy wool overcoats and pinstripe tailoring—double-breasted for the men’s first team and single-breasted for the women’s squad—paired with coordinating shirts, a blaugrana-striped tie and tie clip.

For Summer, the collection introduces a shirt-collar blouson reinterpreting an AMIRI signature silhouette, alongside lightweight knits incorporating the club’s colours and logo accents. The seasonal collections are designed to reflect both performance-driven craftsmanship and luxury fashion aesthetics.

Founded in Los Angeles in 2014, AMIRI has rapidly grown into a global luxury brand known for blending Californian cultural influence with elevated craftsmanship. The partnership reinforces FC Barcelona’s broader lifestyle positioning as the club continues to expand its global commercial and cultural footprint beyond football performance alone.
