Cricket Victoria has entered a new partnership with Fever, a global live entertainment platform, to manage ticketing operations for all State cricket fixtures held at the CitiPower Centre during the 2025–26 season.
Under the agreement, Fever becomes the Official Ticketing Partner of Victoria’s State cricket teams, providing fans with a streamlined and data-led ticketing experience for Sheffield Shield and One Day Cup matches. Entry to Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL) fixtures will remain free this summer.
The partnership will see Fever’s platform integrated into Cricket Victoria’s matchday systems, beginning with the upcoming Sheffield Shield clash against New South Wales.
The collaboration is designed to simplify ticketing processes and enhance the spectator experience through the use of data-driven insights and fan engagement tools.
Commenting on the partnership, Cricket Victoria general manager of Consumer Business, Dylan Prescott, said the partnership reflects a shared ambition to innovate the fan experience and attract new audiences to State cricket.
“Fever shares our vision to grow the game and we have been impressed with their collaborative and ambitious approach.”
“We look forward to bringing their innovative service to our fans for events at CitiPower Centre, whilst access to Fever’s associated platforms will open new audiences to state cricket,” Prescott said.
Operating in more than 500 cities across 40 countries, Fever brings experience in live event technology and audience analytics. The company will also leverage its Secret Media Network to help Cricket Victoria expand its reach, uncover new audience segments, and strengthen fan connections.
General manager of Fever Australia, Sean Morris, said the collaboration highlights the growing importance of technology and data in shaping fan experiences.
“Fever is proud to partner with Cricket Victoria, an organisation leading the way in how fans experience the game.”
“We’re inspired by the potential of data to shape the future of fan engagement – particularly within the dynamic and rapidly evolving women’s cricket community,” Morris said.
Fever’s technology will become embedded into Cricket Victoria’s event operations, supporting the organisation’s broader strategy of improving customer experience and engagement through analytics.
