Introducing Playa Power: Revolutionary Athlete Marketing Platform from the Ministry of Sport Team

Launching today from the team behind Ministry of Sport, Playa Power is a new online platform designed to coach athletes on marketing opportunities to unlock their earning potential. The platform is set to educate athletes through a system of engaging videos and interactive quizzes, redefining the way they market themselves and generate revenue.

With the landscape of sports marketing undergoing its most significant evolution since the 1970’s advent of broadcast rights, Playa Power emerges as a pioneering force. With changes to NCAA’s policy, the International Olympic Committee Section 40 amendments and the rise of high-earning social media influencers, athletes now have more need than ever to adeptly manage, elevate and monetise their personal brands.

With 12 expert masterclasses to kickstart athlete learning, Playa Power was developed in partnership with Griffith University and Associate Professor Popi Sotiriadou, an international expert in the field of high-performance sport and sports education.
